You may be wondering what the requirements are for financing one of our units. While each lender has its own criteria for evaluating credit worthiness, the following is a list of basic requirements that all lenders take into consideration:
- Credit score and 12-24 months of credit history.
- Gross monthly income and debt-to-income ratio.
- Job history and stable living arrangements.
